This is nice rusted satin finish, steel LP Junior pickguard you can use to build your LpJR model guitar and look different from the boring plastic ones.
The holes are countrsunk 4 mm that come close to most US Juniors but no guarantee on any import models.
Recommended for a new barncaster build. the pics you see are what you get.
